Or go over by the airport, tailor shops all around within walking distance. You can take a taxi or one of those small buses, I'm not talking about the Victory Liners, from the Mall to the Airport. Most shops will carry pinoy sizes but you will also be able to find some that will show international sizing. As for pants, I think you will also be able to find sizes in the 40+ range since there are now some pinoys who tend to get really fat. Measure the person's waist in inches since that is the sizing that they will show on the pants, not like in the USA where it's by a number code.
