Im not bashing anyone with short hair, but why do so may stylist and fashion experts think that short hair is chicer? If you can maintain it and it suits you why is long hair for an older women taboo? Why do so many older women buy into the myth that as you grow older you have to cut your hair?

not all long hair is taboo.
sometimes the hair is uber long and that doesnt look good.
and some people hid behind their hair.
also short hair is more manageable && it can look really good if you have good bone structure

    Maybe because when you have kids and grandkids to take care of short hair is just easier and faster.
